Do I have to sign minimum term contract?

There is no minimum term contracts with Miss Maid regular domestic cleaning. If you are happy to continue with us after your first cleaning service, we require the standard one month notice to discontinue your regular service.

Is there any other charges on top of your hourly rates?

No. There isn’t any other charges or fees on top of the advertised regular cleaning hourly rates. We believe in complete transparency. Moreover, our maids are able to do ironing service within the same visit.

Can you hold my property keys?

Absolutely! Our operatives follow strictly our Safe and Secure key holding policy.

What are the minimum number of hours per visit?

The minimum number of hours per visit are:

2hrs per visit for weekly cleaning
3hrs per visit for fortnightly cleaning

Do I have to pay anything if I don't need a service for a while?

No. You only pay when you use the service. For example, if you go away for couple of weeks, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will pause the service until you are back.
