Unoccupied Properties
If the property is not occupied or empty and requires cleaning after the building/renovation works are completed, we will provide you with all inclusive price. This will include the cleaning service, all Cleaning Materials and Equipment.

Occupied Properties
If the property is occupied and requires cleaning after the building/renovation works are completed, we will provide you with an hourly rate service (time & material) and work through your own Checklist with priorities.
* Cleaning Materials are included in the hourly rate.
* Minimum charge of 4 hours per booking.
* Appliances cleaning internally (ovens, fridges, …) is charged extra.
