Did you know that...
Woldingham is a civil parish and town way up on the North Downs between Warlingham and Oxted in the county of Surrey. It is situated in the M25, about 28.2 km (17.5 miles) southeast of London, and is home to St. Agatha’s, one of the country’s smallest churches (with just a 40-seat capacity).
The town is served by Southern’s Oxted line, with 4 trains every hour during peak hours. Northbound travels alternately between London Victoria and London Bridge, while southbound terminates at East Grinstead. Central London can be reached in approximately 33 minutes by train.
The Wapses Lodge Roundabout, a huge roundabout located northwest of the A22, is the main point of entry to the M5. The roundabout is a tripoint between Woldingham, Caterham and Warlingham. Notable people who were former residents of the town are actress and TV host Davina McCall, Baron Robens of Woldingham Alfred Robens, glamour model Katie Price (aka Jordan) and Robert Barr.
