West Hill is a small hamlet in the municipal parish of Shoreham, in Kent’s Sevenoaks District. It sits between Orpington and the M25 motorway, in the London Borough of Bromley, and is located 26 km (16 miles) southeast of Charing Cross.
Together with Crockenhill on the north side, Well Hill make up the West Hill and Crockenhill electoral ward and is within the parish of Shoreham. The hamlet has a UKIP councilor. The hamlet comprises of numerous junctions on small country roads that mostly have no pavement or street lights.
Well Hill has several detached houses with huge gardens, a small church, a public house and many farms with fields further out. The hamlet has no post office, but there is one located in the towns of Halstead, Ramsden, Crockenhill, Shoreham and Goddington and Pratts Bottom.
