ARE THERE MINIMUM HOURS PER VISIT?
Yes, there is a minimum of 4 hours per visit.
IF I BOOK SPRING CLEANING WITH CARPET CLEANING, CAN YOU DO BOTH ON THE SAME DAY?
Yes, it is usually done on the same day and within the estimated time for spring cleaning.
CAN I GO OUT WHILE YOU CLEAN MY PROPERTY OR I HAVE TO STAY IN?
You do not need to be there during the cleaning, but of course if you wish to stay we have no problem with that. Please note that you have to be there at the end of the cleaning, to check yourself the standard of service.
IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WHAT SHALL I DO?
If you are not satisfied from the service please give us a call within 24 hours of the service and we will come to re-do whatever is in question free of charge. Complains made outside the 24hrs will not be considered.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?
Parking charges (if applicable) will be added to your final bill.
If you provide us with Visitors parking permit while we are working or if we can park for free, no parking charges will occur.
DO I NEED TO PAY CONGESTION CHARGE IF MY PROPERTY IS IN THE ZONE?
You only have to pay Congestion charge if your property is located in central London Congestion Charging area and if we have to deliver cleaning equipment and materials for the job.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. The payment for the cleaning must be made on the day of the service, if it is cash directly to the cleaners.
DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE?
No. We only need to pre-authorize your payment card for the amount in order to secure your cleaning slot. At the end of the cleaning service you have a choice to pay by card or cash to our operatives.
IS THERE MINIMUM CHARGE PER VISIT?
Yes there is a minimum of 4 hours per visit and the minimum charge would the equivalent amount per hour for the 4 hours.
DO YOU PROVIDE SPRING CLEANING OVER THE WEEKEND OR BANK HOLIDAY?
Yes, we provide services over the weekends and on Bank Holidays. Usually there is not any extra charge to be paid.
WHO PROVIDES THE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT?
It is your choice, you can provide your own cleaning materials and equipment, however if we have to supply materials and equipment additional charge may apply.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
We provide services 24 hours a day, but our office hours are:
Monday – Friday from 8am to 7pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm
HOW CAN I CANCEL THE ALREADY BOOKED ONE OFF CLEANING SERVICE?
You have to cancel your cleaning 48 hours in advance, if you fail to give the appropriate notice; you will be charged 50% from your estimated charge.
IF I CAN'T BE THERE AT THE END OF THE CLEANING, WHAT SHALL I DO?
Ideally we ask you to be there to check yourself if you are satisfied from the service, however if you can’t be there to check, we accept complains within 24hrs of the service. As we accept deposit of 50% upfront the rest of charge you can pay over the phone by credit or debit card.
DO I NEED TO DEFROST THE FREEZER OR YOU CAN DO IT?
You have to defrost it for us, or if the cleaning is for more than 6 hours we can defrosted and clean it, otherwise it may not be defrosted fully and we may not be able to clean it properly.
DO YOU CLEAN THE OVEN OR THAT IS SEPARATE SERVICE?
Yes, we do clean the oven when you book spring cleaning.
