CAN I BOOK A CLEANER FOR AS LONG AS I LIKE?
End of Tenancy service is fully comprehensive service and needs to meet certain standard in order to be approved by landlords and estate agents. Miss Maid provides a professional End of Tenancy cleaning service at fixed prices based on the property size and description. If you book hourly based One Off service you can have this flexibility to adjust number of cleaners and hours.
CAN I GO OUT WHILST YOU CLEAN MY PROPERTY OR I HAVE TO STAY IN.
You do not need to be there during the cleaning, but of course it is your choice. You just need to arrange an access for our operatives and our customer care team will keep you updated throughout the process. We will let you know in advance when the service is expected to finish so you can make your way back in order to check the results.
CAN I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED ON THE SAME DAY TOGETHER WITH THE GENERAL CLEAN?
Yes, absolutely. Our cleaning teams are fully equipped to perform professional steam clean of your carpets or upholstery. Just ask for details and we can organize this for you.
I HAVE NOT FOUND THE SERVICE SATISFACTORY, WHAT SHALL I DO?
If you are not satisfied with the results or your landlord/agent have a comment in regards to the cleaning standard, please get back to us within 72 hours with your inventory report or just list the areas in question and we will send cleaners to re-clean everything that you feel is not up to standard.
Our job is finished only when you are completely satisfied with the results.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?
Unfortunately parking charges are extra cost. If you have booked service, that requires delivery of Equipment & Materials, parking costs will be added to your bill.
Of course, if you can provide parking slot for our Van or Visitor’s permit – no extra charges will apply. We always do our best to find a free parking nearby first.
DO I NEED TO PAY CONGESTION AND ULEZ CHARGES?
If your property is located in the central Congestion Charging zone and we have to deliver Equipment and Materials, you will have to pay the Congestion and ULEZ Charge for our vehicle. This will be added to your final bill.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?
We accept cash and all major credit & debit card including AMEX.
DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT TO SECURE THE BOOKING?
No. In order for us to secure your reservation we only require card pre-authorization for the amount of your Booking. This can be processed with any Credit or Debit card.
At the end of the service you have the option to pay on the card you have provided us initially or in cash directly to our Cleaning Contractors. You will get an Invoice on completion.
CAN I BOOK THE SERVICE TO BE CARRIED OUT OVER THE WEEKEND OR BANK HOLIDAY?
We do provide cleaning services 7 days a week.
There is no extra charge for services carried out over the weekends and Bank Holidays.
DO YOU SUPPLY CLEANING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT?
Our End of Tenancy service prices include everything necessary to complete the service professionally. We just need access to the property, running hot water and electricity.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE AND CLEANING WORKING HOURS?
Our office hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm.
Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm
We provide service 24 hours a day.
CAN I CANCEL THE ALREADY BOOKED ONE OFF CLEANING SERVICE?
If you need to cancel your booking, you need to notify us at least 48 hours before the service is due to take place.
If you fail to give the required notice and cancel on the same day as the service you will be charged cancellation fee of 50%.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning Service is provided by highly specialized teams. The number of cleaners depends on the size of the property. If you need to know in advance, please contact our Customer Care team on 02070606606 and they will be happy help.
CAN YOU CLEAN THE WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUT?
Internal window cleaning is already included in End of Tenancy service. If it is possible for you windows to be cleaned at the outside (if they open to the inside), we can instruct our operatives to do it for a small additional fee. Please let us know at the time of your booking and we can advise you on this.
WHAT IF I DON'T NEED A FULL END OF TENANCY CLEANING?
In situations like this we can offer you an One Off Cleaning which is an hourly based service. Cleaners can follow your instruction or task list and you can have them for as long as you need.
DOES THE FREEZER HAS TO BE DEFROSTED BEFORE HAND?
You have to defrost it for us, or if the cleaning is for more than 6 hours we can defrost and clean it, otherwise it may not be defrosted fully and we may not be able to clean it properly.
IS THE OVEN CLEANING INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE?
Yes. The cleaning of Single or Double oven is included in this service.
