How our Cleaners are vetted and screened

To become a cleaner in most cleaning agencies is easy. However this is not the case at Miss Maid Ltd! We have a very tough vetting system which filters only the very best ones. They are highly motivated people and we pay them the best rates.

Each Candidate to work for Miss Maid going through the following before is assigned to clients:

Identification. Passport

Next of kin details.

Work Permits to work in the UK.

Proof of current and previous address.

References from previous Employers.

Interview. Personally interviewed by Miss Maid representative

If approved, the new Candidates are going through a Comprehensive in-house training program.

Close monitoring by our supervisors during the course.

Practical test. Each cleaner passes a practical test.

When we are fully satisfied with their performance we allocate her to new clients and continuously monitor the standard of service.

Management

When you decide to join just call us and we'll organize everything. If you have a special requirements and would like to talk to someone in person, one of our representatives will come to visit you. You can tell them what you need and they can give you help and advice. This means that we know your needs and we can select the cleaner that is right for you, both for your initial cleaner and should you want a replacement in the future. You will be assign an account manager that will look after your enquiries and will be there for you whenever you need assistance.

Our vetting is carefully done to ensure that a cleaner will stay with you for a good period of time. Our maids are well motivated and we pay them the best rates in London. Cleaners are carefully scheduled so you can have the hours you need, when you want them.

If we fail to allocate you a replacement cleaner when you have requested one, and so you miss a weeks of cleaning, you can claim a discount.

To stop using the service

Your contract continues as long as you want. We only need one month notice in advance.

Payment

We accept payment by any type of card, cheque and cash. You can pay weekly, quarterly, monthly. We invoice you monthly. There are no hidden charges, note that all cleaning equipment and cleaning materials should be available on site, alternatively we can supply them and additional charge may apply. We provide a suitable staff member and we continue to monitor the situation and offer a replacement should it become necessary, either temporarily for reasons of illness or holidays, or permanently if your cleaner is an about to leave you. Or you might just ask us to replace the cleaner at any time for any reasons of your own. We cannot of course promise that a given employee will be with you forever, but we can certainly make every effort to ensure that you will never be left high and dry.
