9. What if something gets damaged or broken?

Accidents occasionally may happenned. Miss Maid is fully insured and will repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our cleaners. It is our policy that our teams report any incident that occurs, so that we can notify our insurance carrier and rectify the situation as soon as possible. Should you need to report a damage we accept complains made within 24hrs of the provided service. However, for your own protection you can secure any sentimental and antique values safe when you remove them. Please check our terms and conditions.
