3. Can I go out whilst you clean my property or I have to stay in.

You do not need to be there during the cleaning, but of course if you wish to stay we have no problem with that. Please note that you have to be there at the beginning of the cleaning (just to let them in) or if you have a porter or someone else who can let them in you don't even need to be there at the beginnig, but you need to be there at the end, to check if you are satisfied and to pay.
