15. What shall I do if the cleaners don’t turn up?

If the cleaners are running late we will advise you as soon as possible. We did not have a case where the cleaners do not turn up but if you are worried please contact us immediately. You might be entitled of compensation if they are late more than 30 mins when it was not because of travelling disruptions.
